Skater boy

The skate board has made it's way out of hiding. When he turned two, Mr. Snack got a super cool skate board for his b-day from super cool cousin Harley. But given the fact that my Snackie was still just a baby (at least in my eyes), I kept it tucked away for a while - only emerging at rare times, only to be used on the carpet...and only in a sitting position! Then we took our annual pilgrimage to Utah again this past August, and again out came the Long Boards and of course Snackie and Harley could never get enough of them! So I resolved that maybe the boy is ready to be...a boy (with the proper safety gear of course!). Suddenly he's not a toddler anymore, he's ready for action all the time now, climbing crazy things, zooming out of control on his big wheel, and wanting to ride his skate board...every day....first thing in the morning...before bathroom visits...before breakfast...before getting dressed...before we're even AWAKE! But dang, ain't he cute.

Snackie demonstrates his best skateboarding "trick"...a head stand...sans skateboard! :)

The "Snack" has got to be the cutest skater boy I have ever laid eyes on. The helmet and knee protectors make the moment KODAK! Skateboard before breakfast, thats dedication, you may have the next Tony Hawk on your hands. Its amazing how fast they grow and how much smarter they are than we were at their age.

So fun! He'll be taking off in no time! Skateboarding is fun! My hubby and I have longboards too!

fun! he is growing up and soon you won't be able to keep up-if you even can now!
thing 2 loved his scooter he got when he was 2. he parked it by his bed at night and in the morning he would ride it in to see us in our room then he would ride to the kitchen and living room. basically that is how he got around the house for a long time. it was very cute!
if you didn't have carpet i'm sure that is what the snack would be doing with his skateboard.

That is too cute! He makes an awesome little skater boy. I have a really hard time imagining Andrew being coordinated enough to use a skateboard...

The headstand without skate board is a move I could definitely per-fect!
